1. Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on cosmetics, skincare, and personal care products that have been opened or used.

Jewellery and fashion items can be returned if unworn and with all original tags attached.
2. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for size or product variations if the item is available in stock.

If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund.
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@bismahoutlet.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable courier service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
