Refund policy

At Bismah Outlet, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help.


1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on cosmetics, skincare, and personal care products that have been opened or used.

  • Jewellery and fashion items can be returned if unworn and with all original tags attached.


2. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for size or product variations if the item is available in stock.

  • If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund.


3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@bismahoutlet.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
